The practical questions.
Do customers need an app?
No. They scan your counter QR and add the card to Apple Wallet, which is already on their iPhone.
How does punching work?
Staff opens the business scanner, scans the QR inside the customer’s pass and taps PUNCH once.
Can I customize the card?
Yes. You can set the business name, colors, stamp icon, stamp goal, reward and supporting details.
Does it work on Android?
Not yet. Wie Immer currently supports Apple Wallet only. Google Wallet has not been implemented.
What happens when a reward is reached?
The reward is marked as available and the stamp count begins its next cycle.
Can staff use it easily?
Yes. The cashier flow is deliberately limited to scanning the customer card and pressing one PUNCH button.
Can I change my loyalty program later?
Yes. Owners and managers can update the card design, stamp goal and reward from the business area.
